The flush tank (cistern) is integrated into the same in-wall frame, hidden behind the finished wall surface. Only the bowl, the flush actuator plate, and the seat are visible.

This three-component system — in-wall carrier frame + concealed cistern + ceramic wall hung pan — is fundamentally different from a floor-mounted toilet. The frame anchors to the wall structure and floor. The cistern is serviceable through the flush plate opening. The bowl bolts to the frame at the desired height. If the existing wall cannot meet this specification, a floor-mounted steel carrier frame that transfers load directly to the concrete slab is the alternative.

2. Rough-In Position

All YingJie wall hung toilets use a 180mm P-trap wall outlet as standard. The waste pipe centre must be positioned at the correct height and offset relative to the carrier frame. Confirm the rough-in dimension with your order — the carrier frame, waste connection, and bowl must all match the same P-trap standard. Water supply and vent connections are made inside the wall cavity at the same rough-in stage.

3. Bowl Height Setting

The carrier frame includes adjustable mounting bolts that set the finished bowl height. Standard range: 15" to 19" from finished floor to bowl rim. The height must be set before the wall finish is applied, accounting for finished floor thickness (tile + mortar). ADA-compliance requires 17"-19" seat height. Confirm the target height for each installation location before rough-in begins.

4. Service Access

The flush actuator plate is the only visible hardware after installation — and it doubles as the service access panel for all cistern internals. No access panel is required elsewhere in the wall. Ensure the flush plate is specified and ordered with the toilet — different collections use different plate designs that are not cross-compatible.

5. Biden Coordination
