WHY THE OUTLINE DIRECTION
The rings are cut, not painted, so the tone never drifts.
An outline ring is recessed about half a millimetre into the plate and left unfilled. Because the material itself forms the line, the panel holds one continuous charcoal tone from across the room and only reveals the two control positions when a guest steps closer.
That behaviour suits washrooms where the architecture is already quiet: pale stone, dark joinery and a wall-hung pan with very little hardware on show. The plate adds a controlled detail instead of a second focal point.

Outline plates are frame-specific. The actuator spacing, the plate footprint and the wall cut-out all come from the concealed cistern drawing, so we ask for those three numbers together so the sample and the production run match the wall you already built.

Will an outline ring wear away over time?
No coating sits in the groove. Because the line is machined into the stainless, cleaning and daily use cannot rub the outline off.
Can the ring size be adjusted for a different frame?
The ring geometry follows the frame family. Send the cistern model and we will confirm the ring spacing before sampling.
Is the charcoal tone stable across repeat orders?
We keep the approved sample as the master, so later rooms and replenishment batches are matched to the same plate.
