Description

Yingjie Sanitary Hardware / Black Touch-Surface Actuator Series

Black touch face · Dual flush control · Maintenance-minded

Black stays black when the finish is honest about daily contact.

A matte black actuator face is chosen because it disappears into the wall - until fingerprints start telling a different story. This plate is built around that tension: a dark touch surface, a coating confirmed on a physical sample before your quantity is plated, and a care routine we put in writing with the order.

Touch-surface blackEveryday care storyCoating confirmed first
Black touch-surface dual-flush actuator plate under a direct finger press

The product's actual main shot - a matte black face caught mid touch-test, carrying the two surface claims it takes into production.

Touch test first

Before any batch runs, a sample plate goes through an open-palm press, a ring drag and a wet-finger repeat. You judge the surface on the physical part, not on a screen render.

Cleaner contact

The finish is tuned for the spray-and-wipe rhythm of real bathrooms. A damp cloth lifts daily residue; the tested coating accepts the mild cleaners a facilities team actually keeps in stock.

Coating record

Coating type, applied layer range and batch outcome are logged per production lot - the finish you signed on the sample is the finish that leaves the factory, with the record to prove it.

01 / Surface evidence

Proof you can read with a thumb, not a datasheet

Every surface claim printed on a product photo is still just marketing until somebody presses a finger against the real part. That is why the imagery for this plate is built around the moment of contact: a live finger on the black face, with the two promises - fingerprint-free and scratch-resistant - shown next to the surface that has to keep them.

The honest reading of such a shot is not "this coating cannot be marked". It is "this coating has been engineered so that everyday marking stays invisible or wipes away". A matte, lightly structured dark surface scatters the oils a glossy black face would collect into obvious smears, and the protective layer keeps routine abrasion from building a visible history.

Close-up of the black surface under a live press - the printed claims sit beside the coating that has to carry them through years of use.

Graphite-tone surface sample from the same coating test series

The graphite twin from the same coating series, shot under the same test - your reference when a scheme runs charcoal fittings instead of black.

Why the sample decides, not the slogan

Gloss level changes how marks read: a glossier black shows every palm print, a very coarse texture can trap dust and resist wiping. Between those two extremes sits the surface you actually want, and the only way to find it is to hold the coated part. We send the coating card and one test plate before any quantity is committed, so the texture decision is made with a thumb on metal - not by comparing stock photos.

02 / Care routine & order handover

A maintenance story you can hand to the end user

A dark flush plate only stays convincing if the people cleaning it know what it tolerates. Our order handover for this black programme is written like a service note, not a sales page: what the coating resists, what routine care is enough, and what to avoid - translated for your market if the project needs it.

  • A coating card with the black and graphite tones side by side, plus the gloss and feel parameters you approved.
  • A one-page care sheet per carton - daily wipe, approved cleaners, and the few products that should never touch the face.
  • Care-sheet translation into your local language for projects that deliver to a specific market.
  • Per-batch coating photos taken before loading, attached to the packing list.
  • Legend and button marking to your spec, with spare-button kits for maintenance stock.
  • Mixed-tone containers - black and graphite on one order file, so guest and main bathrooms ship together.

Before quotation

Send the concealed-cistern frame or system model, the opening or fixing detail, and the finish tone you want tested. The coating conversation starts with the sample; the price conversation starts after the frame is confirmed.

04 / Buyer FAQ

The questions maintenance teams raise at handover

If the plate hides fingerprints, won't it still collect dust against white tiles?

Any dark surface collects visible dust more readily than a light one - that is physics, not a coating fault. The matte texture and the protective layer keep the dust from bonding into streaks, so a quick dry wipe restores the face. If your wall scheme is bright, the graphite tone is the softer middle ground.

How is scratch resistance tested without ruining a sample we want to keep?

The coating is checked on a dedicated test piece from the same lot, using a controlled edge-drag that the production team repeats for every batch. Your approval sample stays untouched, and the test photos are shared with the packing record.

Can the tone change after our sample is approved?

Yes, if the change is raised before plating starts. A revised coating card is issued and confirmed on a new sample piece; the original approval stays on file in case you want to compare both tones side by side.

What exactly should we send to begin?

The frame or cistern model, the opening detail or a photo of the installation, the target tone, and your carton or logo requirements if this is a branded run. With those four pieces we can quote and ship the coating card in the same week.

Next step

Give the black touch surface your own daily test.

Ask for the coating card and one sample plate, press it with the hand that will actually be cleaning it, and put our care sheet on the table before you commit a quantity. Mention the black touch-surface finish when you inquire and the sample and quotation move together.
