Yingjie Sanitary Ware Joins Capacity Expansion Wave: New Production Lines to Boost Smart Bathroom Output
Against the backdrop of the home furnishing industry's sluggish overall performance in 2025, numerous bathroom enterprises have pressed ahead with capacity expansion-and Guangdong Yingjie Sanitary Ware Technology Co., Ltd. is riding this wave with new production lines and expanded facilities to meet growing market demand for smart bathroom products.
TOTO took the lead in August this year, announcing the construction of a new plant at its Morrow facility in Georgia, USA, which will increase its sanitary ceramic production capacity in the Americas by approximately 50%. Jianlin's Thai base is also making steady progress with its intelligent stereoscopic warehouse and Phase III expansion project; once operational in 2026, the expanded base is expected to fulfill over 60% of North American orders.
Small and medium-sized enterprises are not far behind. Taizhou Dongchuan Sanitary Ware, Jiangmen Sailin Sanitary Ware, and other regional players have successively launched new project approvals and construction. Yingjie Sanitary Ware, in particular, has accelerated its capacity expansion efforts. Its new factory project, approved on December 5, 2024, involves a total investment of 92.7 million yuan, covering an area of about 23,325.72 square meters with a total construction area of 54,751.44 square meters. The project includes two 9-story workshops, a gatehouse, and supporting environmental protection and fire-fighting facilities. By purchasing advanced smart bathroom production lines, Yingjie aims to ramp up output of its core products. Upon reaching full production, the new base is expected to generate an annual output value of around 35 million yuan.
Industry insiders note that this wave of capacity expansion reflects enterprises' confidence in the long-term growth of the smart bathroom market, especially in overseas and high-end domestic segments. Yingjie's investment in new production lines will not only enhance its supply capacity but also strengthen its competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.
